How do you fix your food so you can fix your brain?

The food we eat matters, especially to our gray matter. We covered this topic a few times because it's an important key to optimizing your brain.

We're so excited to have Dr. Mark Hyman back in the studio today to go in-depth about your food and brain. He is an international leader in the functional medicine movement and author of best-selling books on diet and physical health.

In this episode, Dr. Hyman is going to share with you how our systems of agriculture, policymaking, and science affect our access to good nutrition, and consequently, our mental performance.
