    Hi Jim,
I am really glad that I found this podcast. One day I saw on the YouTube your morning routine video and this is how I found out about you. Your podcast gave me a lot of hints, I ususally listen it during commuting to work and while vaucming my house :) I started my journal, trying to follow your morning routine (wake up is challanging for me still). I had a meeting with customer last week when I met new people, I made my self to remember their names and even last name, it didn’t come easy but I used your technics with visualization. I started my dream note book, so far I just remembered only 3 dreams but it’s still some progress. I have just listened to the podcast regarding remembering the PIN numbers and other passwords and I have some other hint which were not mentioned.
    1. PIN number, the way I remember mine is that each number besides 1 on the pad (telephone, atm) refers to the 3 letters , for instance 2=abc 3=def... you can easily build the word from your pin and this is a good way to remember it
    2. Passwords - I guess I am using 40 passwords, I build one unique which I use on the most services some times I just need to change the few special characters. You said it’s a good idea to keep them all together in some app, what I can suggest is to not written down the whole password but first and last character so even if you loose it or somebody hack your system you still stay protected. Other good tip for passwords is to use special characters which can replace letter in your password, for instance $=S, @=a , !=i 5=S, this way of replacing some letter with special characters makes your password more unique.
    Thanks .
